Exotic Animal and Insect Workshops

With a calm & patient way of working with children & making it fun & educational I will provide the children with an unforgettable day in the class room, my critter crew won't fail to amaze!

I can provide ideal workshops relevant to current projects on the School curriculum or if you're just looking to treat the class to something different, we will have it covered.

Mini beasts:

I will take along a large selection of Invertebrates, covering the main groups of Arthropods & Molluscs including Insects, Arachnids & Myrapods. I will show and tell the class all about the wonderful world of minibeasts & you will also get the chance to touch & hold some too. The teacher will be given a mini beast pack with info on all the critters that will be on show.

Rainforest:

I take along a large selection of Animals from Rainforests around the world including a wonderful group of Sugar Gliders to the largest spider in the world the Goliath Bird eater. I will show & tell you all about the animals that live in the fascinating Rainforest & they also get the chance to touch & hold some too. Teachers will receive an information sheet with all the critters at the workshop.

Africa & Desert:

I will bring along a selection of Animals that live in Desert regions around the world & also animals found in Africa. Animals that are included in this workshop are 'Simples' the Bearded Dragon & 'Prickles' The Pygmy Hedgehog. See & learn about the animals I take along & they even get the chance to touch & hold some too. Teachers will receive an information sheet with the animals on show.

Standard mixed Workshop:

A mixture of critters from around the world, giving the children a chance to see, learn & touch some amazing critters that live on our planet.

Teachers receive an information sheet with all the animals on show.

I'm disclosure certified & fully insured with public liability insurance. I can also provide a risk assessment form before I visit your school.
